I'll admit to being a bit hacked off with the lack of interest. It shows what a bunch of walts most of pbi are to me. They want to walk round posing and pretending they're soldiers but, shy away from any real military training, preferring to do gay drill sessions.

By the way, gadge phoned me a couple of days ago, re:Jedburgh. He said he and Evo were going to book as Germans, because their afflictions mean they're not "up to" playing as SAS or Jed's! As if they're the only ones in the world who have health problems!

I can't see why guarding the SAS camp would be any more arduous than guarding the German camp, if they are incapacitated. Evo only had cracked ribs - it will take him beyond July to get better????

BTW, I spoke to Keith the other day and he has got his 2nd leg op on 29th June so he wont be fit enough for Jed, even as a camp guard.

But it's fun to rip the piss out of a retard like gadge! On a side note, I've had a dig at nige "I'm an airsofter not a reenactor" cheetham on the pbi circle jerk boards. He's been getting on my tits more than gadge lately, which is no mean feat!

It's not just us who slag them off, just had this from Martin.

I liked the idea of PBI but I have no interest in trad reenactment and I never saw the logic in having a separate website and online community that does nothing but show how few people are in PBI. If they're not doing airsoft any more then there's not much point in it for me. Looks like they're becoming the new Dog Co. I have to say I'm tired of Nigel "skint" Cheetham, who's recently bought a No.4, a pair of field telephones and a set of Mess dress (FFS!). Oh well...

I've just remembered a weird convo from Gadge in the early stages of the social last weekend. He was babbling twenty to the dozen and said just recently he was arrested under the Mental Health Act as it was feared he was attempting suicide on a railway line. He fought with the arresting officer and was detained. Doctor/psychologist said he wasn't mental and he was released - apparently they couldn't charge him for assaulting a police officer as they had arrested him on another charge.

I vaguely remember that too! I seem to remember it being a WPC as well? Lord only knows, as I was blind drunk and just nodding politely by that stage and incapable of paying attention. Stu had already turned in, because he was close to knocking nige out!

As with so much that Gadge says it is hard to see where reality stops and fantasy begins... Shame the doctor/psychologist got the diagnosis wrong though!

From experience they'll only commit you if you're seriously loopy. Threatening to commit suicide and self-harm aren't even halfway to sectioning.

Also, what's wrong with the police deciding to charge you for something retrospectively? As long as they have evidence they can make the charge whenever, surely?

I'm afraid none of it makes any sense to me, least of all why he should announce to all and sundry that he was arrested under suspicion of a suicide attempt!
